Spay/Neuter/Now’s Mobile Clinic Surgery Package is a flat fee (regardless of gender, weight or reproductive status) of $50/Cat.  This includes the Spay/Neuter surgery, rabies and distemper vaccinations, pain medication, flea treatment (Advantage®) and a check/treatment for ear mites (if needed).  This fee helps cover some of SNN’s Mobile Clinic operating costs and does not reflect the actual value of the surgery, services, supplies or treatments.

Spay/Neuter/Now (SNN) operates a low-cost mobile surgical unit run by veterinary professionals and volunteers in St. Lawrence and Jefferson counties and parts of Franklin and Lewis counties.  Since 2009, the Neuter Commuter II has been focused on performing feline spays & neuters only to help address the feline overpopulation crisis in the North Country.  SNN’s Voucher Program provides financial assistance for canine spays & neuters at participating veterinary clinics.

To schedule for a clinic, you must contact us or print, fill out and return an application to SNN.  Spay/Neuter/Now applications include income guidelines for both the Mobile Clinic and Voucher Programs.  After your application has been processed, if you are eligible, we will then contact you to schedule your cat(s) for one of our clinics.

The Spay/Neuter/Now Mobile Clinic is not a full-service clinic and we offer the additional services, vaccinations and treatments as an incentive to get your cats spayed/neutered.  We do not offer or sell these services or products otherwise.

*St. Lawrence County addressees (except Massena) will be eligible for an automatically applied discount of $10/Cat off the Spay/Neuter/Now flat fee of $50/Cat from the St. Lawrence Valley SPCA.

*Hammond, NY addressees will be eligible for an automatically applied discount of $10/Cat off the Spay/Neuter/Now flat fee of $50/Cat from the Town of Hammond (Funds are limited).

*Massena addressees scheduled for a Spay/Neuter/Now Mobile Clinic should contact Massena Humane Society to check their eligibility for an additional $10/Cat Voucher from the Massena Humane Society (MHS).  You will need to have the physical MHS voucher with you at the SNN Clinic to receive the discount.
